My first goal on health is to be in bed before 10:00pm. I chose this goal because It’s always hard for me to wake up in morning for school.

My second goal on health is to drink at least 3 glasses of water per day. I chose this because i only drink 1 glass a day and need to be able to drink 8 glasses a day.

My third goal on health Is to use less screen time in a day. I chose this because i use technology way too much and need to use only when i need to and get fresh air or go outside.

 

My first goal on education is to add more to assignments. I chose this goal because I always make my work simple/plain and i need to add more detail.

My second goal on education is time management skills. This is my second goal because when it comes down with doing work i always end up doing the assignments that are due next week rather than the ones that are due the following day.

My third goal on education is to try and solve questions by myself. I chose this because when it comes to solving questions i always go straight to the teacher for help.

 

My first goal on family and friends is to have purge once a month. That where everyone in family get’s rid of everything they don’t use. I chose goal because not only will the house be clean but also can easily find things.

My second goal on family and friends is to start doing family projects like building a rocket or creat remote rc car. I chose this because building things like rc cars with the family create bonding time.

My third goal on family and friends is to do eat more vegetables as a family. I chose this goal because me and my family eat vegetables but could eat more.
