This term I am proud of myself because I pushed myself in my fitness unit in gym. Before the unit I was not very strong and had never done weightlifting before. I made goals before we started the unit and by the end of the unit I have past those goals and have become much stronger. Another thing I learned in this unit are scientific names of our body parts. If I would do this unit again, something I would do differently is make harder goals, try new machines, and use heaver weights.
