About Me

Hearing this from a fourteen-year-old kid might sound odd, but I do come with some creativity and experience in certain things that I do. I have hobbies such as sketching, animating, water colouring and architecture designing. Sketching started off as an activity I got through with to express my creativity as a child and still do it today. Animating has been also a special skill of mine, I’ve created a few animations along with provision from my eldest sister, who has been in an Art University and has studied both digitally and traditionally, yet I’ve come to terms where she hands me over her art supplies and it started to catch my interest now having it as my hobby. Doing both digital and traditional art has given me a wide ability to express my thoughts and creativity. The last interest that I have is Architecture. This hobby of mine has been very consistent with what I want to bring in to my future. Designing buildings, re-assuring its environment and using the proper materials as well as colouring are included in the thing I find myself capable of in Architecture Designing.

Not only do I have hobbies in art, but I have a few likings for sports as well. I may not be too good at it since I’ve seen better, but I can say that most of the sports I’ve played have always been self-taught and never in daily practices.

One of them is badminton, the older I get the more I learn and I can never be the best, so I try to aim for it. Another sport that I find very fun is Volleyball, a sport that involves cooperation with other players and communication. I enjoy all these sports though there might be times where it’s rough or painful, it’s always worth it. Sports like these that involve fast-thinking and reacting are given my passion.

“You’re never the best, even if you reach for it, it would never happen, so live your entire life trying to do so”.

Someone said this quote, he inspired me ever since I was 12 but I never knew his name, so I can’t say who said it, but neither can I claim this quote as my own, even though the person said it without intention.

This quote inspired me to be better in any way, and try not to compare myself and be happy with what you have at first, appreciate what you’re capable of, then start to look forward once again and see how far you can try to improve. This piece of advice can never stop looping in my head, which inspires me to always be better or at least try to be

These are one of my favourite pictures based on my likings towards architecture. It’s a scene that looks so simple yet catches my eye. Something that I like about this is image, is that it has a unique feeling, something that isn’t normal but it’s not strange. It’s unique because it looks astonishing yet it doesn’t seem to make you feel uneasy. Having people roam around in the background; make it seem like as if it’s something natural, and nothing seems to pop out. As long as everything blends in with the feeling, it would seem perfect to me. This picture doesn’t really represent who I am, or what my life is. It’s more of a style and vibe that is given off and attracts me to my likings than an interaction.

This is my favourite website to visit. Especially since I’m an artist, I tend to seek for references. Pinterest is an app, but also a website that shows the various amount of pictures that you can’t easily get when you’re on google. I like this website a lot since; it’s accessible with a logged-in account, there can be no difficulties when trying to find a certain theme or style in a certain image since the app finds any pictures that either might look the same or be the same artist and it’s very helpful. I’ve been visiting this website the most, compared to others and I enjoy it quite a lot.
