Family & Friends :

Goal 1) Be more social, meet and know more people that are in my class and try to start a conversation with them

Goal 2) Check up with my parents each week because of the time difference and school it isn’t easy to communicate with my parents as freely as I could when I was in Hong Kong, so I think that I could spend more time with them on the phone to reassure them that I’m doing well and miss them lots.

Goal 3) I think that I could try to help around the house more, as my parents are not here to take care of me and only my aunt, I want to be more responsible with my own space and actions.

Education :

Goal 1) As my previous grades in my last school were not very great, I want to improve, I will do all my assignments on time, and be more focused when studying, I want to aim to be proficient or above for all my assignments.

Goal 2) I want to aim to do all my assignments early to have less stress at home and more relaxation, I can do this by using lesson times effectively and asking questions when I encounter any questions about the homework.

Goal 3) Take notes efficiently, taking notes not only help me understand the materials better, it also helps me when I need to study for anything.

Health :

Goal 1) Drink 8 cups of water every day, I often forget to drink water so I want to aim to be hydrated by setting reminders throughout the day to remind myself to drink water.

Goal 2) Have a healthy sleep schedule, I often sleep very late, especially on holidays and I want to improve this by setting a healthy sleep schedule, I want to aim to fall asleep by 11:30 pm every day and avoid staying up late, so, I could have a alarm for that.

Goal 3) I want to exercise more, so I want to aim to have 30 mins of exercise every day, stretching, playing the fit ring thing on Nintendo and going roller blading could be great for this goal
