I would like to be more physically active for at least 1 hour a day so I can be able to do a 10km run in 1 hour by grades 10
I would like to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night so I can feel well-rested and energized during the day
I would like to eat more healthy food and vegetables so I can become healthier
