Family & Friends
1.Goal 1: Bake a treat (like cookies or cupcakes) with my family .Why: I love spending time with my family, and baking together lets us laugh, share recipes, and enjoy something sweet we made ourselves—great for making warm memories!
2.Goal 2: Eat lunch with new classmates, and communicate with them about leaning methods,so that I can make more friends at school! Sharing study tips also helps both of us do better in classes—win-win.
3.Goal 3: Ensure 1 hour of exercise every day (like walking in the park or riding a bike) with my friends or families. It’s easy to get stuck on phones, so this lets us hang out and move our bodies. It’ll keep our friendship strong too!
Education
1.Goal 1: Organize my class notes for every subject once a week, then review them for 40 minutes on weekends.Messy notes make studying hard! This habit will help me remember what I learn, so I’m ready for tests (and 10th grade).
2.Goal 2: Properly review the math knowledge leared before, and do some exercises appropriately to prepare for the math class next semester.
3.Goal 3: Read for thirty minutes every day, and master certain new words.Reading makes writing easier, and reflections help me think deeper about the story while improving English!
Health
1.Goal 1: Do 30 minutes of cardio (fast walking, jumping rope) twise a week for the next month. I want to build a regular exercise habit first—this low-pressure goal will help me stay consistent, not burnt out.
2.Goal 2: Replace my after-dinner junk food with fruit/veggie salad every day this semester, and more water daily.Unhealthy snacks make me feel sluggish and get fat. Eating better and staying hydrated will give me more energy for school and workouts.
3.Goal 3: Make sure to go to bed before 10:30 ,and get up at 7:30 every day. So that I won’t get tired in class, instead of concentrating on listening to the teacher.
I’m excited to work on these goals this year!
