Reflection 1 – My Goals for This Year

MY GOALS

 Family & Friends 

  • Spend more quality time with my family through at least one fun family activity together such as going out or doing something that everyone enjoys.
  • Stay in touch with my family members and friends who live far away by calling or texting them regularly.
  • Plan little surprises for family and friends, like a kind notes or small gifts that will make them happy and show that I care about them ( at least 10 surprises per term ).

Education 

  • Improve English skills by read more, practice writing more often, speak English confidently in class, and learning new words every week.
  • Stay motivative by setting goals for subjects, and reminding myself why learning is important.
  • Take part more in class by asking questions, sharing ideas, helping in group work, joining discussions and clubs to learn more and improve my skills.

Health

  • Get better at volleyball, join a club, attend in all practices regularly, and participate in games to improve my skills and teamwork.
  • Maintain a sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at consistent times, at least 8 hours of sleep to have more energy and focus for school and sport.
  • Exercise every day, including volleyball and workouts to stay strong, healthy and active.
