My Plan for Screen Time

Create My Plan

 

Health –          I will work on my health 15 minutes a day throughout the week. (1 hour and 45 minutes a week)

–          Go for a run or stretch at home.

Education –          I will work for 2 hours a day on my Education. (14 hours a week)

–          Study and go over my homework as much as I can, and maybe even work a bit on the unit ahead.

Social Bonds –          I will work on my social bonds for 45 minutes a day. (5 hours and 15 minutes a week)

–          Study with friends and spend time playing games online with friends.

 

Stopping Rules

School –          Tell me that If I look at my phone during class, I must take 5 minutes of my screen time of the day.

–          I can even get rid of some distracting apps.

Home –          Set a screen time limit on my phone for certain apps that distract me more.

–          I can stop myself from going on any devices 1 hour before I sleep, so I can just read instead.
