My Plan for Screen Time

Create My Plan

 

Health –          I will work on my health 15 minutes a day throughout the week. (1 hour and 45 minutes a week)

–          Go for a run or stretch at home.

Education –          I will work for 2 hours a day on my Education. (14 hours a week)

–          Study and go over my homework as much as I can, and maybe even work a bit on the unit ahead.

Social Bonds –          I will work on my social bonds for 45 minutes a day. (5 hours and 15 minutes a week)

–          Study with friends and spend time playing games online with friends.

 

Stopping Rules

School –          Tell me that If I look at my phone during class, I must take 5 minutes of my screen time of the day.

–          I can even get rid of some distracting apps.

Home –          Set a screen time limit on my phone for certain apps that distract me more.

–          I can stop myself from going on any devices 1 hour before I sleep, so I can just read instead.

 

My Goals For This Year

Goals

(Family) I am going to try and help my older sibling with cooking more because she is not the best cooker. I would also like to wash the dishes at least 3 days a week because I would like to help more in the house. I would like to help my aunt with technical difficulties I would like to do this because I usually ignore her calls.

(Education) I am trying to take notes in every class, I want to do this because I think its useful in the future. I would like to get a B+ or higher in every class, I want to do this because I would like to do honors in grade 10 in science. I would like to do more in some classes such as Power Tech and Art because I like to exceed on the things I do well.

(Health) I want to at least run 5 km everyday instead of 4 I have been running 4 for all of summer and would like to bump it up a bit. I want to also have more fruit so at least an orange or apple everyday. I want to have 4 cups of water everyday instead of barely having one.
