Family and friends:

I would like to be very social by next month, feeling comfortable at school making new friends in every class I have. Pushing myself out of my comfort zone and be a more confident in myself when I’m in class, with new people, or just anywhere that I would social in school.

this semester i want to maintain a healthy friendship between me an my friends even if we aren’t in the same class; making sure i don’t distance from any friends and catch up with everyone from time to time. not just focusing on school and education but also relationships between me and my friends. they help me a lot mentally and motivate me.

for this year, i want to have a good relationships with family. having fun talks from time to time, making time for family (not just figure skating, friends and school) and become closer.

education:

next month i would want to continue to feel motivated and active during class; as in answering in class or listening carefully. a solution to this is getting more sleep, feeling ready for the day and being mentally prepared. this will benefit me and give me a good head start for this year.

i would like to be able to hand all my work in on time as much as i can this semester, so procrasinating will not be an issue for next semester. i can achieve this by having a friend to work and share ideas with so i will guided and pushed, or focusing and being determined on my goal.

a goal for this year is to be ready and prepared for every class, meaning bringing whatever needed, dressing properly for a science lab or not being late etc. i will clear out my backpack everyday after school, check whatever homework that needs to be done and then make sure i have everything i need in the morning before i leave the house.

health:

my goal this month is to make sure i stay hydrated and have enough sleep. drinking at least 3 cups a day and 8 hours of sleep on weekdays. that way i can stay motivated and active during class.

for this semester, I want to feel more active during school time and also be more participating in activities and feeling motivated; by getting more sleep and drinking more water to feel ready for the day. this would help me mentally and physically.

this year ill focus on keeping my mental health well; not panicking during figure skating training, or feeling stressed or tired in school. i can prevent this by focusing on why i do this; because i enjoy it and doing it for myself.
