Hello, my name is Adam, I am currently a grade nine student at Pinetree. My favorite thing to do in my free time is to create video games, draw player characters, and things for it to interact with, and then animate them. I also program as that is what makes my 2d and lifeless drawings, and turns them into controllable, and interactable characters. I bring these two parts together, and create playable, and fun video games. I have big future goal’s for myself and this new hobby of mine, like participating, and winning a gamejam. 

This is a collection of short videos ranging through many different topics from the year 2020. The reason I chose this video is because it shows that no matter what, no matter the circumstances, there will always be funny and interesting moments in our lives. It lets you experience interesting places, facts, and much more that without you probably wouldn’t have done. 

I have chosen to talk about this image because of its symbolism, and current resemblance to my life. My future ambition is to create my own studio of special people, that can fluently work together to create an electronic game. I’m aware that this path will not be easy, it will have hardships and obstacles that will need to be overcome. This image shows the person( in this instance me) standing at the start of their journey to reach the top of the a mountain ahead, my journey being to achieve my ambition. the path ahead of us both shows hurdles that must be conquered, though we will persist, and make it to the end, the top.

I am a fan of this quote because it explains the way our world is based. Knowledge is straight forward, hackneyed, lacking originality, though it is still a part of everything. while imagination is what makes the original inventions that bring variety to this world that, with knowledge, would not have been possible. imagination is taking your knowledge, and using it in a unique way, to make, create, or perform something that has never been done before. Without imagination, this world would be boring, black, and white. It would only have so much to do, but in a world with imagination, there would be innovation, color, variety, and would be different from the rest since imagination is the originality that everyone needs.
