Stopping rule
School | 1) I will make sure to turn off all my notifications before school to not have them be a distraction.
2) I will only look/ use my laptop for what my teacher instructs me to use it for. |
Home | 1) I will put electronics down an hour before bed.
2) I will set a specific timer for my screen time, and if I cross it, I will turn off all my electronics. |
