My Plan for Screen Time

Health  I will focus on my health for 16 hours a week. 

I can play basketball with friends or jump on my trampoline. 

Education  I will focus on my education for 18 hours a week. 

I can call my friends and study with them on an upcoming test or quiz. I can also do my homework. 

Social Bonds  I will focus on my social bonds for 20 hours a week. 

To focus on my social bonds, I can go to the mall with friends, play basketball with them, or hangout with them at my house. 

 

Stopping rule 

School  1) I will make sure to turn off all my notifications before school to not have them be a distraction. 

2) I will only look/ use my laptop for what my teacher instructs me to use it for. 

Home  1) I will put electronics down an hour before bed. 

2) I will set a specific timer for my screen time, and if I cross it, I will turn off all my electronics.
