this is my plan for screen time.
Health: I will spend 21 hours a week towards my health
on the average week I spend more time playing basketball then I do on my phone. and that helps with my physical and mental health by a lot.
Education: I will spend 2.5 hours a week towards my education outside of school.
i do my home work everyday after dinner and it takes around 30 minutes to finish. and I do my homework for the weekend and Friday to get it over and done with.
Social Bonds: I will spend 8.25 hours a week spending time with my friends helping my social bonds.
i spend most of my social time at school during lunch and brakes but i also spend time with my friends at some of my practices.
Stopping rules.
school: at school I wont go and my phone in class unless I need it.
home: at home I will take brakes from my phone and i wont take my phone into the kitchen or the bathroom.
