my plan for screen time.

this is my plan for screen time.

Health:  I will spend 21 hours a week towards my health

on the average week I spend more time playing basketball then I do on my phone. and that helps with my physical and mental health by a lot.

Education: I will spend 2.5 hours a week towards my education outside of school.

i do my home work everyday after dinner and it takes around 30 minutes to finish. and I do my homework for the weekend and Friday to get it over and done with.

Social Bonds: I will spend 8.25 hours a week spending time with my friends helping my social bonds.

i spend most of my social time at school during lunch and brakes but i also spend time with my friends at some of my practices.

Stopping rules.

school: at school I wont go and my phone in class unless I need it.

home: at home I will take brakes from my phone and i wont take my phone into the kitchen or the bathroom.

goals for grade 9

my goal for this year

 

  1. I want to be able to dunk by grade 10 – health
  2. I want to do a work out at least 2 a week until grade10 – heath
  3. I want to increase my vertical jump by 5 inches by grade 10 – health

 

  1. I want to get at least 3 A’s by grade 10 – education
  2. I want to pass all my grade 9 classes – education
  3. I want to get above 70% in all my classes – education

 

  1. I want to eat dinner with my family every day.- family.
  2. I want to bake something for my family at least 1 a month – family
  3. i want to go on a family walk at least 1 a week – family.
