My plan for my screen time
Health: | Ill spend 5 hours per week, ill try shutting down my phone for 5 hours a week. Ill try to distance myself from it by going outside without my phone to eliminate temptations. |
Education: | Ill spend 7 hours a week on education. Ill focus on my homework by |
Social Bonds: | Ill spend 10 hours a week on social bonds. Ill go outside to hang out with my friends instead of doing unnecessary stuff like video games. Ill go to the park more often to see people. |
School: I’ll spend time eating my lunch instead of using my electronics. In my break time ill do my homework instead of my device.
Home: ill put a limit on the amount of time I can play per day. Ill spend more time with family to not get distracted by phone.
