Family & Friends 

 

  1. I want to spend more time with my family, like going out and eating or talking to each other and spending quality time together. I want to do something fun with my family at least once a week so I have more memories with them in a year.

 

  1. I’ll make an effort to check in with my friends every week, my real friends are far away from me, so I want to Stay connected to them and talk with them twice a week at the minimum.

 

  1. I’d like to work on listening to people who might need me. I want to be a good listener and try helping others. I am looking forward to having deep conversations with the ones that are special to me.

 

Why are these goals important to me? 

Because I think since everyone has phones, we are getting distracted, and we are forgetting that we have loved ones to spend our time with. I want to focus on these three goals in order to make memories and remembering them as goals that I achieved in a year that are simply important. 

 

 

 

Education 

 

  1. My goal is to keep my grades at 85% or higher this year. To do that, I will study every day for at least 30 minutes and review what I have learnt in class.
  2. I want to learn a lot of new things about my interests. I am looking for experiences; So, this semester I will try to join a club or team at school to try something new and meet people who share my interests.
  3. I’ll work on managing my time better by making a daily schedule to balance school, hobbies, relaxation and most importantly my music. Writing my goals\ plans down help me to do everything that has to be done in a day, so I don’t get overwhelmed.

 

Why did I choose these goals?  

Because I think having a balance in life is 

 important; of course, I want to be successful, but I want to enjoy my life as well. My goal for this year is to graduate so I need to have good grades, but I also need to work on my career. 

 

Health 

 

  1. 1. My plan for this year is to build more muscles so I will exercise every day therefore I can have a stronger body by the end of the Doing exercise also helps me to stay focused and be calm.
  2. I’ll eat healthier by adding more fruits and vegetables to my meals. I have to stay hydrated because I don’t drink enough water in a day. Starting with 3 cups of water each day is my goal to get healthier.

 

  1. To take care of my mental health, I’ll try journaling or mindfulness a couple of times a week to stay calm and positive. For me meditation is one of the most important things, so I try to meditate every night for at least 15 minutes.

 

Why are these goals important to me? 

Because if I’m not healthy or if I don’t have enough energy, then I can’t reach my goals. And it’s important to have a healthy lifestyle.
