My goals for this year are:
Family and Friends:
My short term goal for friends and family is to make a new friend in all my classes so I can feel comfortable in all of them and grow my social circle.
I want to hangout with my sisters so I can get closer with them.
I want to be able to help my friends in much areas as I can so they never feel alone or helpless.
Education:
One of my goals for school is to keep on top of my homework to both reduce stress and to help my teachers.
I also want to show up to school consistently as to not fall behind on my work.
For my final goal in education I would like to participate in class more and talk with my teachers.
Health:
For my health goal I want to start working out three times a week to get into shape and to improve my physical and mental health.
I want to eat healthier and more consistently so I can improve my health.
I also want to go to bed earlier to fix my sleep schedule, so I don’t show up to school tired and I have enough energy to get through the week.
