Health❤️: I will focus on my health for 25 hours on weekdays Monday to Friday and 6 hours on the weekends. I will have a total of 31 hours of exercise and health time. I will take care of my health by going to figure skating every day for three hours and eating healthy food as much as possible like eating apples instead of cookies.
Education🏫: I will focus on education for 40 hours on weekdays and another 20 hours on weekends and 60 hours in a week in total and I will take care of my education by completing assignments and focusing on my work. Getting good marks and completing all work with all my effort.
Social Bonds🙋: I will work on social bonds for 5 hours each week because I don’t really have friends at school but i have friends at skating so i will communicate with them there. I will work on my social bonds by talking to my friend’s at skating and i will have a nice skating session with them.
Stoping Rules🛑:
School🏫: When class starts i will put my phone in my locker If i bring it to school because I usually don’t bring it to school. I will also only use my computer for school work so i don’t get distracted because i have a program that wont let me play any game’s there .
Home🏠: my mom set up a time limit on my iPad so i dont use it too much at home. I have 20 minutes on games and 10 minutes on youtube. I will also create a stopping rule that when i am listening to music i can only listen to music for one hour.
