Having taken a step back and surveyed all the things that I’ve done in leadership, I feel as though this is a fair assessment of my work through the year. I was consistently available to assist before, after, and during school (whether during lunch, ESS, or a block) if I had no other obligations, and this was for events I was responsible for, and other leadership events are well (examples would be decorations for spring fling, notes and sweets). I don’t think my grade should be above 95%, because I was only point person once, and there is area for improvement on contributing, but overall I think I did a good job of being professional and performing to a high level in this course. I hope to build on the skills I’ve gained this year, and do an even better job in leadership next year.
