Family and Friends: 

FRIENDS:

There’s a couple of my friends I haven’t seen in a few months and on the weekends, I want to get in touch with them and hang out with them. Why I choose this is because one of them might move away to the US, so I want to spend more quality time with them.

FAMILY:

Spend more quality time with my family in outside activities for a few hours a week such as biking and hiking. Once schoolwork gets harder and more homework is assigned, then I would be too busy to spend time with them, so might as well make use of my time right now.

FAMILY: 

Spend more time with my dog outside playing ball and walking him. I usually walk him once or twice a week, so I would increase it to 3 times a week and also for outside activities with him, in the past, I spend about 20 minutes with him, so now, make it 30 minutes. The reason why is because dogs usually have a lifespan of about 12 years, so I just want to spend as much time as possible with him at such a young age.

Education: 

Getting good grades on my schoolwork in Science because that subject is a big stretch for me. For the grades, I want at least above 80% marks correct and put effort into my work and read more carefully.

Study more on tests for mostly Science. Usually, the amount of studying for a test I do is about 20-30 minutes, but I should increase it to 40-60 minutes for Science because like I said, it’s a stretch for me.

I want to go to UBC for university, because it teaches you important things in life and one of my goals is to become an entrepreneur. Business schools would help me and I can start my own business after I graduate.

Health: 

GYM:

I currently go to the gym 5 times a week from Mondays to Fridays.

My goals in the gym are to lift about 50 pounds on dumbbells, bench press, do about 115 pounds, and do about 30 pounds on bicep curls.

The reason why I choose these goals is because I want to become in good shape and be strong.

CARDIO:

Starting from this summer, I spent more time outside playing sports and doing runs around my neighborhood.

My goals are to increase the distance I run, increase my speed from a fast jog to a sprint. So my running schedule is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Mondays, the distance is about 2.5km, 4km, and about 7.5 km. Also, on the weekends, I do mountain biking, which burns a lot of calories. This is my cardio is good for all of your organs and builds up some muscle in the stomach.

SCREEN TIME: I spend quite a bit, but it’s starting to gradually improve. For this goal, I want to spend less time on screen (unless it’s for work) and in the past, I spend like an average of about 1-2 and a half hours, so I want to drop it to less than one hour on weekdays while weekends, no more than 2 hours. This is to improve my eyesight and sleep better with less exposure to devices.
