My Goals

family and friends:

I want to have a nicer relationship with my sister. I will achieve this by keeping in touch with her more and being more positive.

I want to be more in touch with my friends connect with them outside on daily routines.

I want to talk with my extended family more and catch up with them, I can do this by calling more frequently.

education:

I want to have minimal stress and finish my assignments fast by the end of the year, this is achievable by time managing.

I want to time manage better and balance sports and school. I can achieve this by not procrastinating and bunching it all up.

I want to get better at note taking so I can have all the material the first time. This is achievable by learning a strategy to help, like the Cornell method.

health:

I want to get more hours of sleep, this is achievable by winding down earlier.

I want to go workout more times a week, I can achieve this by finding time slots in my schedule and spending a few hours there.

I want to run more, since it will help with my asthma and overall body health, about a kilometer a day will suffice. I can do this while I’m with my dog.
