My plan for screen time
My goals
Health: My health plan to is in a week I will take 3 – 5 hrs. altogether to focus on my health. For example, I dance 3 times a week and I get exercise from that and sometimes on Saturdays I go on hikes. Also, I will try to eat healthier and avoid lots of junk almost everyday
Education: My education plan is inn a week I will take about 5 hrs. out of school to focus on my education. For example, most days it will be put towards homework, studying or working on projects but the other days I will take some time to just review my subjects.
Social bonds: My plan for my social bonds is in a week I will put about 3-5 hrs. into my social bonds out of school. Whether hanging out with friends, meeting new people or studying/doing homework with friends.
Stopping Goals
School : At school some stopping rules I will be using to not overuse my electronics in class is to keep my phone out of my reach like in my backpack or even my locker to not get distracted from what we are learning. Another stopping cue I will be using is too silent my phone, put it on airplane mode or even fully shut it off so I don’t get distracted by a notification.
Home: At home a stopping rule I will be using to not overuse my electronics is to set a timer when my screen time is up so it can let me know to move on to something productive. Another stopping rule at home is to have a list of fun things to do to pass the time like reading or doing art or even have a list of things you need to get done so you don’t procrastinate. I can also put away my electronics on another level at least an hour before bed and charge my stuff somewhere else to not get distracted. I will also not have any electronics at any meals.

Reflection 1 – My goals for this year
1st goal: My first goal is my family goal. I want to spend at least a day with them a week we already have meals together but atleast one day a week we should do something or go somewhere. I should do this so I can stay connected to my family and have support.
2nd goal: My second goal is for friends. I want to try to stay connected to my old friends from middle school. To achieve this goal I can try to text my old friends at least once a week to see how they are
3rd goal: My third goal is one for friends. I would like to make new friends and talk to new people. I can achieve this goal by going up to new people and talking to them and at least try to learn their names.
4th goal: My fourth goal is for education. I would like to put more time and effort in every single assignment I have. To reach this goal I can go back and see what I can do to make it better. For example I can add more points or just make it more artistic and colourful.
5th goal: My fifth goal is another education goal. I want to try to push myself like when I pick an easy topic instead I can chose a harder one and challenge myself. I can also do this by seeing what further I can go into like adding more facts to support my idea.
6th goal: My sixth goal is also a education goal. I want to try to focus in class and have a good idea of what I am doing and if I don’t I can ask a friend or the teacher. I think I should do this so I am not confused and can do a great job on the assignment.
7th goal: My seventh goal is a health goal. I would like to stay more active like go on more walks, go biking, also just exercising and keep on moving. For example I already do dance but I can try to keep moving and just try harder.
8th goal: My eighth goal is also a health goal. I want to be healthier by eating healthy food like fruits and vegetables. I can reach this goal by trying to cut out some junk food or limit myself but not cut it out fully.
9th goal: My ninth goal is another health goal. I would like to reach a certain amount of steps a day. I can start of small but then make my goal bigger. I can start off with 10 thousand which I am mostly reaching then get to 2 thousand, 3 thousand and so on.
