My goal for friends and family are
-resolves conflicts that had happened before, because it can make me and my friends/family get closer.
-spend more time together, since i have more school work now, so i might finish my homework at school more so i could spend more time with them.
-help my friends or family with their goals, ill help them because they might help me.
My goals for eduction
-read some story or some article if I have time. For example, waiting for teacher to come to class or when i finished my homework and got nothing to do.
-practice more violin. In the age of 14, you are suppose to practice 2 hour per day. However I only practice 45 min per day.
-set a 30 min timer for me to learn whatever i want to learn per day.
My goals for health
-set screen time timer to 3 hours, because I always feel like my eyes are very tired all the time.
-go for a walk for 20 to 30 minutes per day, because it can improve your mental and physical health.
-to not eat too much junk food, because it can affect my physical health.
