Reflection 1- My Goals For This Year

Here are my goals!

Family and Friends

1.) My first goal to achieve within the next month is to try and make out some time to hang out with my family during the weekends, with my busy schedule during the week I never have time to spend time or appreciate them enough. I will know I have achieved this when I spend one day with them each week for a month.

2.)  My goal to achieve in the semester is to talk to different people in my classes and get to know them. It doesn’t have to be such a long conversation to start, but I meet different people. Small steps at a time and I get to where I want to be by the end of January.

3.) My goal for the year is to stay close with my friends outside of school and to strengthen any friendships.

Education

1.) I am a pretty well organised student so I want to keep that up. I want to get into a daily routine for when I come to school that way I know what I have to take home for homework and for class. I want to acheive this goal by the end of the month.

2.) For this semster I want to study smart and hard for any tests. I will set a time out of my day towards studying my material.

3.) My goal for this year is to walk into every class with a postive attitude. This mentality will set me up for having a better period in class, and a more productive day. By the end of the year I can evaluate how I did in terms with my attitudes towards my classes.

Health 

1.) As an athlete I want to make sure I get a good warm-up I need before doing anything tough on my body, I don’t want to repeat the same hamstring strain I had and suffered from for nine months.

2.) I want to continue to bring healthy lunches to school. Getting the energy and nutrients gets me through the long day.

3.) In my second semester I have PE I want to do the best I can in that class, learn and have fun! I also have food studies my goal by the end is to have learned healthy habits, and healthy recipes so I can use my knowledge going forward with my healthy life!
