A goal I would like to achieve for my family and friends is to have good communication and keep a healthy relationship with all of them. For my parents I want to try and not get so annoyed at them. A way I can achieve this goal is by just trying to ignore them instead of carrying on in the conversation. I also want to be honest with them and be able to tell them the truth. With my friends I want to stay in good contact with them since they all go to a different school, and I am the only one who is alone. I also want to try and make more new friends at this school.
My goal for school is to try and keep all my grades 80% and over. I can achieve this goal by trying to study for my tests at least 2 days in advance and making que cards for when I study. I do although procrastinate a lot and do not know how to manage my time wisely which is also another goal I would like to achieve. I can achieve this by giving myself a reward after every assignment I start. Another goal I would like to set for myself is to try and participate and engage more in class. I do not know how I can achieve this goal but hopefully it will happen.
A personal health goal I would like to set for myself is to get better at jujitsu. I am really good at kickboxing and muay Thai which are both stand up, but I want to get better at rolling and ground martial arts. I can achieve this by going to jujitsu classes twice a week for this entire year instead of giving up after 5 classes.
I also want to create better eating habits. I am always eating really greasy and salty foods which is bad for you but it’s just so good. I can reach this goal by turning off my apple pay on my phone so I don’t eat out as much and can go home to eat. At home I can buy a bag of frozen fruit because I am too lazy to cut the fruit.
