goal 1: This year I would like to work on being more caring and thoughtful to my friends. I can achieve this goal checking up on them. Ask thé how their days or weekends were if I did not see them. If they act sad or quiet ask them if they are okay and give thé hugs.
goal 2: I would like to work on how I talk and act around my sister. My sister gets on my nerves easily, a goal I would like to work on is trying not to let her get on my nerves and to be nice to her more often, although I am already nice to her most of the time.
goal 3: my last goal is to be more interactive with my parents. When they would talk to me and ask me questions about my day I would respond in full sentences and really engage with them starting conversations.
Education
goal 1: staying focused in class is a stretch for me. I easily get distracted and don’t get all my work done in class. I can help with this problem by not always sitting with friends in class and wearing my AirPods. I find listening to music helps me to stay focused and on task.
Goal 2: I would like to make studying and practicing languages and math regularly. This is hard for me because I am rarely busy asker school not giving me a lot of time to study. Saving 10-15 minutes a day to review what I learned that day would really help me to remember things.
goal 3: I have a memory equivalent to a fish, this makes it very hard to remember things and I often get lost especially in math. I would like to make it a habit to practice math as much as possible. I can do this by asking my teacher to further explain, asking my dad for help, or peer tutores.
Health
goal 1: a goal I have this year is to cut off on my sugar in take. Although I have fast metabolism consuming tjr amount of sugar I do is very unhealthy and I would like to avoid getting diabetes. I can help myself to avoid sugars by eating more fruits and to not open my pantry and closet unîmes needed too.
goal 2: I would like to normalize exercising and taking walks. I feel like exercising is a very I portant thing to do. I can take my dog who needs the walks more than me because he is very obese. Both him and I would get exercise and it is nice to get fresh air.
Goal 3: I want to practice budgeting my money and saving. I can do this by putting half of what I earn for chores and future jobs into my savings account.
