I want to focus on my competency of teamwork and leadership, that something I’m the most interested in and its the most important in my opinion. I talked to my peers and when setting up the event I lead a part of the musical chairs, and i helped the other roles. I helped do the musicals chairs and it can be proved by my peers, I was the one taking the chairs away while other people moved it.

I hope to acquire better social skills and be able to help out around the school and meet new people. i want to be able to improve me leadership skills too. this is important to me because it would help me out in the future with possible career opinions and communication skills. being able to communicate with a my possible boss and employee, skills with this level of importance can lead to a promotion etc.

working on new habits, fostering new skills, and practicing new strategies to achieve my goals. While this development starts very personal, it radiates outward and touches every aspect of my life, including my work life and professional growth.

I may have challenges with being up to date with the reminders and news on what to do, I can check teams more to be able to know what’s going on.
