Reflection- 1 – Goal- Setting

Friends and family

My first goal is I would like spending more quality time with my friends and family because I wanna build more connections with them and create memories, I can do this goal by having more family/friends dinners. I can do family events and try build more connections. My second goal is to volunteer as a group to help people around the community, this can build more connections and build positive impact for the environment. With my friends I can go to junior youth since they do projects that help the community and its fun. My last goal is to create more family traditions and celebrate more to build a closer bond and this can make special actives to look forward to.

     

 

Education

My first goal for education is improving my grades in subjects that I find hard and I can study more each week, and review notes more and get an understanding of what I am learning. My second goal is to ask for help when I don’t understand something, I can do this by asking the teacher for help or classmates to get extra support, so I can keep on track with the lessons. My last goal for education is to finish all my homework on time I can make a schedule to keep track of what I need to do each day, so I don’t feel rushed.

 

Health

My first health goal is sleep more each night so I can feel better and don’t feel as tired. I should at least get 8 hours of sleep every night, I can do this by going to bed early every night to try to create a routine and maybe relaxing music can help put me to bed. My second goal is to eat more fruits and vegetables a day, I can try to at least have one or two fruits or vegetables with each meal to help me stay strong and health. My last health goal is to drink enough water, so I can be hydrated I can do this by making sure my water bottle is full and get 8 cups of water a day if I can.
