3 hours: 8:30 am -11:30 am

In this event, we first welcomed guests from other schools in the district and guided them to their designated area in the first hour. Then after the guests are done listening to the talk in the gym, I along with other Leadership students helped tidy up the gym area by adjusting chairs placement and coordinating each row to be aligned.
