3 hours: 11:30 am-2:30 pm

In this event, I helped out through greeting guests and guiding them into the gym at the beginning of the tours. Then after they went on with their tours, I along with a few other Leadership students set up the tables and food for the snack distribution at the end of the event, in which I also helped out in handing out rice crispy, juice boxes, etc to the grade 8 students.
