Family and Friends
- Spend more quality time with my family. At least once of week, play board games or watch a movie with my family. 🧩🎮
- Maintain friendships and make new friends. For example, meet up with friends at least once every 2 weeks to stay in touch, and try to make at least 1 new friend.
- Help my parents with everything. For example, help clean the house, cook food, and take care of pet. 🐱
Education
- Improve my English. For example, learn 5 new words every 2 days or practice speaking English 3 times a week.
- Try to get good marks in school. Try to do homework well and in time, prepare for tests good.
- Do homework on time. For example, don’t spread one work out over 2-3 days, but do it in 1 day. 🕑
Health
- Move more. For example, take at least a short walk or simple exercise at home every day.🏃🏻♀️➡️
- Eat healthy. For example, replace at least one unhealthy food (chips, soda) with fruits or vegetables.🥗🥬
- Lose weight. For example, eat healthy food or eat less and also do exercise. 🙂
