Reflection 1- My Goals for This Year

Family and Friends

  1. Spend more quality time with my family. At least once of week, play board games or watch a movie with my family. 🧩🎮
  2. Maintain friendships and make new friends. For example, meet up with friends at least once every 2 weeks to stay in touch, and try to make at least 1 new friend.
  3. Help my parents with everything. For example, help clean the house, cook food, and take care of pet. 🐱

Education

  1. Improve my English. For example, learn 5 new words every 2 days or practice speaking English 3 times a week.
  2. Try to get good marks in school. Try to do homework well and in time, prepare for tests good.
  3. Do homework on time. For example, don’t spread one work out over 2-3 days, but do it in 1 day. 🕑

Health

  1.  Move more. For example, take at least a short walk or simple exercise at home every day.🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️
  2. Eat healthy. For example, replace at least one unhealthy food (chips, soda) with fruits or vegetables.🥗🥬
  3. Lose weight. For example, eat healthy food or eat less and also do exercise. 🙂
