Ai comparison between “lazy” prompt and “super” prompt

The challenge was to create compare two prompts from copilot and review both answers.

Lazy Prompt: “What will i learn in science”

Copilot listed 5 key points, and the answers it gave were very engaging with the emojis for each corresponding grade/level. I believe the answers it gave were pretty accurate too, but extremely generic. It keeps your retention high but fails to deliver useful information.

Super prompt: “I am starting grade 9 science, acting as a science tutor and explaining it to me dumbed down as a grade 9 beginner in the course. Give me several YouTube videos as well as in-depth explanations for each section in science. Provide easy examples”.

The super prompt was surprisingly extremely detailed and understanding. Each key point provided detailed examples and two videos from trusted science Youtubers like Wacky Science and the organic chemistry tutor. Every single unit was divided into info, examples, connections and videos all flowing naturally together.

The differences between the two prompts are extremely noticeable. The lazy prompt was very basic and ended up making a very general list of what I will learn. The emojis and fancy words were able to keep my retention high, but it failed to deliver useful information. (Like, I said.) The super prompt takes all the good aspects of the lazy prompt and combines them into a formatted chart for me to learn form. The emojis, fancy words and proper formatting gives a very easy and engaging learning experience.
