For my first goal I want to spend more time with my family by shortening the usage of my device starting today so I can get used to it.
I want to keep my voice calm when I’m arguing with someone, so my goal is to not yell. I can start by controlling my emotions and thinking before I speak.
I want to help out more at home by washing the dishes, doing the laundry, learning how to cook, etc. I can start this goal by doing small things like washing the dishes and taking the trash out so later on, I can do bigger things at home like learning how to cook.
Education
I want to hand in my assignments on time starting today by doing my homework after I get home so it would be finished by the time it’s due.
I want to study when there is a test or exam because I have a bad habit of not studying or only studying briefly, which makes me do poorly on the test if I start studying more, I will be able to achieve my goal.
I want to keep my things organized so I can find them easily and don’t forget to bring them to class. I can start by buying a blinder or making folders on my laptop for each subject.
Health
I want to be able to jump higher. I can search for how to jump properly and practice it every day for 15-30 minutes. I also can do exercises that will help me achieve this goal by the end of the year.
I want to start eating healthy food I can start by eating more veggies and fruits and drinking more water every day starting today.
For this goal I want to build my arm muscles. I’m going to do exercises every four days of the week that will help me build my muscles and get stronger by the end of this school year.
