Reflection 1 – My goals for this year

Health

Exercise regularly (4–5 times a week) to improve physical fitness and build strength like Ronnie Coleman.

Eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein and vegetables — to support muscle growth and overall health.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night to help recovery and maintain mental focus.

Practice mindfulness or stress-relief activities to improve mental health and reduce anxiety.

Education

Maintain a high GPA at school to open doors for future opportunities like getting into UBC.

Read at least one new book per month to expand knowledge and critical thinking skills.

Learn about financial literacy and investing to build a secure financial future through stocks and smart money management.

Set a study schedule and stick to it to develop discipline and better prepare for exams and projects.

Family and Friends

Spend quality time with family weekly to strengthen relationships and build support networks.

Connect regularly with close friends to maintain strong friendships and social well-being.

Volunteer or help others in the community to build meaningful connections and contribute positively.

Communicate openly and honestly with loved ones to foster trust and resolve conflicts effectively.
