Family and Friends:
Three goals I would like to achieve with family and friends are creating a better relationship with my family, making new friends and not being afraid to ask for help from my peers, teachers and parents.
For my first goal which is to build a better relationship with my family, I would like to try spending more family time with them and create some quality bonding moments, such as going out with them to picnics, restaurants, and going outside with them to parks, rivers, and beaches. I will also talk with them more often about things and I can create small talk with them. building a better relationship with my family can help me in many ways such as talking about my personal problems, and my school problems.
I can try to accomplish my second goal which is to create new friends in school, by talking with others and creating small talk between me and my peers and I can talk to friends of my already existing friends to create even more relationships with others. having friends in school can help me because I can always turn to someone if I am having problems with work or if I just need someone to talk to.
In order to get my third and final goal which is to not be afraid to ask for help from my peers, teachers and parents, I need to be able to have strong relationships with them so that I can ask them easily without being nervous. I think that if I have accomplished my last two goals, I should be able to easily accomplish this goal. The reason that this goal is important is so that I can have a better education while not being afraid to ask any questions.
Education:
Three goals that I would like to accomplish in terms of education are finishing assignments early and not procrastinating for when to do my work, I can find and remove what I think are distractions to me when I do my work, and studying early for projects, quizzes, tests, and exams.
If I want to complete my goal of finishing assignments early and not procrastinating for when to do my work, I need to be able to know when the start and deadlines and I need to start working on work early so that I can complete my assignments earlier. Being able to complete assignments early is important because if I complete my work early, I can have more time to rest, eat, shower or complete other schoolwork I have.
For my second goal which is to remove distractions I need to be able to know what those distractions are, and I think that the best way to find distractions is to try to work on something and I can see what is around me that could cause distractions. Removing distractions is useful because it can shorten how long it takes to finish my assignments, further helping my first goal.
Lastly, my third goal is to study early for projects, quizzes, tests, and exams. I can achieve this goal by getting to know when exactly when the test is and how long I have until it happens, I can do this by finding a specific amount of time to study every day, for example if there is a test in 2 weeks, I could try to study 30 minutes a day in the first week, and I could study an hour in the next week. doing this can increase my total study time and it can help my overall test grade because I had more time to study.
Health:
There are three goals that I would like to achieve in terms of health are joining badminton club, starting to exercise/work out, and eating better.
The reasons I want to join badminton club is because badminton is my favorite sport and I would like to improve on my badminton skills, so I think that badminton club is a good idea because I would be able to improve my skills and I would get to meet new people.
The second goal that I want to achieve is to start working out, I want to start working out so I can stay fit and strong at all times, this can improve my overall health. I could try going to the gym a few times a week and then later on I could increase how many times I go to the gym.
My third goal is to eat healthier; I can try to eat healthier by trying to reduce the amount of junk and fast food that I eat, and I can try to only eat healthy or homemade foods, I will still be able to eat some candies and chocolates, but the number would be greatly reduced. This is helpful because if I eat healthy foods, it can also help my second goal which is to work by allowing to have a healthier diet which gives me more energy.
