Jana’s Vision Board

To reflect on my vision board, I have added pictures of someone meditating, running, açai bowls and putting a screen limit non my phone as an example of a healthy life. The pictures of the A+, UBC, and the math is hoping I get better grades, get into to UBC when I’m older and improve more on my math skills. To maintain good relationships with my family and friends I will spend more time with them and plan fun activities to do with them. To continue to make myself happy I will do things I enjoy as watching Netflix, hanging out with my friends and working out.

Reflection- 1 My goal for this year

Family and Friends goals:

  • I’d like to make more friends this year by talking to new people who sit beside me in my classes and meeting new people at lunch or even through social media.
  • I’d like to reconnect with my friends who I have stop talking to from the past, I would probably message them on social media, or even start talking to them in Pinetree, if they go here, but if they don’t I would do the first option.
  • I’d like to talk/ get more closer with my cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents through social media and FaceTime, because most of my family live in different parts of the world, so I sadly can’t get closer to them in real life.

Education:

  • I hope to improve my multiplication and division skills by using flashcards. This is my goal because I still don’t have some of the equations memorized, so hopefully by the end of this year I will memorize the whole multiplication and division table.
  • I want to try to stay more focus in my classes. I would achieve this goal by not putting anything on my desk that I could possibly fidget with, and I would make myself listen to the teacher while talking. This is my goal because in the past school years I’ve been distracted while teachers were teaching.
  • I would like to make time in my day to read more books that I actually enjoy reading. I choose this goal because I don’t really like reading, but hopefully by the end of this year I would actually enjoy reading if I find a book that I actually enjoy.

Health;

  • I would like to stay at a healthy weight by eating healthy food, and some junk food from time to time, but not often and working out at the same time.
  • I would like to start working out in the gym to build a healthy body and to hopefully build my dream body.
  • I am going to try to maintain a healthy sleep schedule for school by sleeping at about 10 pm and waking up at 7 am every morning on a school day. This is my goal because my sleep schedule at this moment is defiantly not the best and could defiantly be improved.
