Final Grade and Justification

I believe I deserve 93 and above in this course, because I have always been on time for meetings, gave my best contribution to group discussions and kept up professionalism in all events. In group discussions, I always help to provide quality ideas and suggestions for problem-solving and I remain professional with my peers to enhance efficiency as well. Participating in 7 events this semester, I had given a significant impact on the leadership community through various successful events. I have also shown growth in my communication and leadership skills by actively helping solve any problems and identifying weaknesses and strengths in our approaches during discussions for better outcomes in the future.
