Education 📚

Goal 1 for Education:

My first goal is in the semester to completely finish my ELL From summer break i forgot my English skills and i want to perfect everything to improve my English. but this is not good for me when i forget my English skills because English is so important subject to my life because when you get conversation with someone you might don’t know what is going on That’s why i want to improve my English skills and more learn about English, and my goal will be achieve when i understand the English to be learn next semester and previously.

Goal 2 for Education:

My second goal for education is to get a better work ethic in doing homework and schoolwork. Right now it takes me longer than it because i was so off to focus on my assignments and other things into my work. If I am off my focus to my assignments i will be so struggling and uncomfortable to work my homework and schoolwork so in my semester i should do my phone away and do focus properly and I think it would be good to do it without thinking about other things and not worrying about other things. I would know if my work ethic has gotten better if I feel that I have more time than before after I finish completing assignments.

Goal 3 for Education:

My third goal for education is to get better  and reading I am currently not reading that much i want to read more about novels. These methods can help improve my English skills and are easiest to write. And I took an English test many times in high school i want feel comfortable when I get a test because when i getting test i was so nervous and uncomfortable that’s because English skills are unstable i want to be confidence and brave to do my test. This semesters i would be more better and achieve if i understand and expend.

Health 🌿

Goal 1 for Health:

My first goal for Health is stay physically active every day. After school, I plan to go to the gym and work out for at least 30 minutes to an hour. I will focus on different exercises, like weight training to build strength and cardio exercises to improve my endurance. On days when I don’t go to the gym, I’ll ride my bike outside for an hour. This will give me a chance to enjoy fresh air and improve my stamina.

By following this plan, I hope to build a strong habit of regular exercise. My goal is not only to improve my physical fitness but also to boost my energy levels and relieve stress after a long day at school. Through this daily routine, I believe I can create a healthier lifestyle and feel better both physically and mentally.

Goal 2 for Health:

My second health goal is to improve my sleep quality. On weekdays, I usually get around 7-8 hours of sleep, which sounds decent, but I still struggle to get out of bed in the morning and often feel unfocused. To help with this, I’d like to start going to bed closer to 10 p.m. each night so I can wake up feeling more refreshed and ready for the day.

Even though I already get more sleep than some of my peers, I think that quality matters just as much as quantity. I want to give my brain and body the chance to fully recharge, which I believe will help my focus and mood throughout the day. To make this happen, I’ll start by moving my evening activities to an earlier time and creating a relaxing bedtime routine, like reading or listening to calming music.

If I start waking up feeling more energized and ready to focus, I’ll know that my sleep quality has improved, and this goal has been successful. Better sleep will help me feel healthier, both mentally and physically, which is why this goal is so important to me.

Goal 3 for Health:

My third health goal is to improve my eating habits. I’ve noticed that while I eat enough, my diet could be more balanced, and I often skip meals or rely on unhealthy snacks. To make sure I’m getting the nutrients my body needs, I plan to focus on eating a variety of foods that will support both my physical and mental health.

First, I want to eat more whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, at every meal. I will aim to include at least one serving of vegetables and one piece of fruit during lunch and dinner. For protein, I will focus on lean meats, fish, and plant-based options like beans and nuts, while cutting back on processed meats or foods high in saturated fat.

I also want to make sure I’m eating regularly throughout the day, so I plan to have three balanced meals and two healthy snacks. This will help me maintain steady energy levels and avoid the temptation of fast food or sugary snacks. I’ll also try to drink more water throughout the day, aiming for at least eight glasses, to stay hydrated and support my body’s functions.

To track my progress, I will keep a food journal where I write down everything I eat and drink. This will help me see where I might need to make improvements and stay on track with my health goals. If I start feeling more energized, experiencing fewer cravings, and noticing improvements in my mood and focus, I will know that I am on the right path toward better eating habits.

By making these changes, I hope to not only improve my physical health but also increase my energy levels and concentration. Eating better will help me feel more productive and ready to tackle other goals, including my exercise routine and daily responsibilities.
