Health
Taking care of my health is a very important to me. A way to keep healthy is by eating healthy foods such as salads, fruits, vegetables, etc. What we eat effects your body and can effect your mood and overall your welfare. I included lots of goals for the health category which include playing soccer, eating healthy foods, running, good sleep amount and hanging out with friends. I think thats it can be not just physical health but also mental and thats why I add included, “hanging out with friends” in this category. This goal isn’t just physical health to keep healthy but the foods you eat that will support your lifestyle and long-term liveliness.
Happiness
When I think of happiness, I think of connecting with others and making amazing experiences. For a personal example, I loved being in Vietnam, It was one of my favourite places to go to, because of this, it represents adventure, and joy. For what I chose I included traveling, going outside, playing instruments, and probably not common one but for me I enjoy running. Making more friends and spending time with family play a big part of these journeys and of course happiness. Laughter, love, makes life truly amazing.
Education
Education for me is not just something that happens in school. You learn all the time, everywhere you go. Learning can happen when you watch videos, read books, try new things, or talking to other people. I want to grow by pushing myself beyond my comfort zone and looking at things from different perspectives. Finishing high school and University is my goal. I then want to go in the music department for what I do when I’m older. What I included for my goals was to go UBC University, learn how to play guitar and practice more piano (since I already play). I want to get better at science, I also was not really good at math in the beginning but then I started to improved. I now hope I get at least a proficient on my final grade.
Relationships
Strong relationships are a big part of a happy life. I want a deep connections with friends and family to gain more trust with each other. Good communication is also important, meaning you/them can start talking more openly. Listening carefully, and understanding each other’s feelings plays a big role as-well. Spending quality time with each other can strengthen these bonds. I included in my goals is to hang out with friends and even make new friends. This can also include sports because you are meeting new people many times and making these new connections. Having trust, good communication and love I think makes relationships last.
