Family and Friends

Goal 1: I want to try something new like clubs and stuff.

The reason I want to do this is because I want to get more active and heathy. I will achieve this by Sign up for on in school

Goal 2: I want to reduce screen time and communicate with each other more.

The reason I want to do this is because it takes away time with people, I think its good to communication with people because you can learn from the experiences instead of just being on a screen and kinda doing nothing. The way I want to acheive this is by putting a timer for myself so I can a certain amount of time to to be on a screen.

Goal 3: Play board games together

I want to play board games together because it can be fun and you can communicate with one another. How I can achieve this goal is by invited people to play with me, such as friends and family.

 Education

Goal 1: I want to get better at socials studies

I want to get better at socials because then I know really important things for my future. How I am going to get better at socails is by asking question to the teacher and staying on task in class.

Goal 2: I want to get better at memorizing information for tests

I want to get better at this because then I can get better grades when I do tests, which tests are really important. How I’m going to achieve this is by using cue cards which I found effects when studying for tests.

Goal 3: I want to get better at my grammar in language arts

The reason why I want to get better at grammar is because it is very important for people to understand what you are writing about, especially for tests and stories. How I’m going to achieve this is by asking for help from the teacher, and maybe even watch YouTube Videos about how to get better at grammar.

Health

Goal 1: I would want to try new sports, I could join school clubs

I want to do this because I can experience new things and people new people. I can do this by joining clubs in the school.

Goal 2: Do more running, I actually like running I am just to tired or lazy to go out.

I want to do more running because it is very healthy for you, and I do really enjoy it but I do get lazy sometimes to actually get out and do a run. How I’m going to achieve this is by making a reminder on my phone to make me get up and so a run on certain days.

Goal 3: Stop eating junk food.

I want to stop eating junk food because it is very unhealthy and it can cause diseases when you are older. How I’m going to get better at this is by telling people that I want to stop eating it, so If I’m about to eat something, they can tell me to stop.
