cuneiform vs Hieroglyphics

in the pictures above we have 2 forms of ancient writings. hyghdriglyphics  and cuneiform.

cuneiform is a form of writing in Mesopotamia  which was used a lot back in the days. hyghdroglyphics is a form of writing in ancient Egypt. Just like cuneiform was a form of writing in Mesopotamia, hyghroglyphicd was a form of writing in ancient Egypt. I personally prefer cuneiform because i think it looks better, cleaner, and more formal. Both languages were used for record-keeping and communication, but cuneiform was more utilitarian and was
used for things like accounting and legal documents, while hieroglyphics were more
ornate and were used for things like religious texts and tomb inscriptions. Despite their
differences, both languages are important historical artifacts that give us insight into the ancient civilization that used them. I think it’s hard to say which form of writing is harder but Cuneiform is made up of wedge shaped marks on clay tablets, which can be really hard to read if you’re not familiar with the script. Hieroglyphics, on the other hand, are pictorial symbols that can be more intuitive to interpret but can still be quite complex. It really depends on the person and their familiarity with the writing.

reflection

Ahmad is on a good track of learning about all these civilization. He just needs to have better handwriting so our fellow class mates can understand it better. All around Ahmad did a great job in this assignment.
