- Friends and family
- We will practice talking and listening to each other more effectively. This means having regular family meetings or hangouts with friends to share our thoughts and feelings, making sure everyone gets a chance to speak and be heard.
- Another goal is to plan and spend at least one day a week doing a fun activity together, like playing games, going to the park, or cooking a meal as a family. This will help us strengthen our bonds and create happy memories.
- and finally I will encourage and help each other with personal goals, whether it’s doing well in school, learning a new skill, or participating in a sport. We can create a chart to track our progress and celebrate our achievements together.
- Education
- I will read at least one book each month and keep a journal to write about what I’ve learned and my favorite parts. This will help me become a better reader and understand different types of stories and information.
- Another goal is to practice math problems for at least 20 minutes a day, focusing on areas where I feel less confident, such as fractions or long division. I will also ask my teacher for extra help if I need it and take part in math games or clubs to make learning fun.
- and finally I will create a homework schedule to organize my assignments and set aside specific times each day to complete them. This will help me stay on top of my work and ensure I understand all my subjects better. I will also ask for help from my teachers or classmates if I don’t understand something.
Health
- I will aim to include at least one serving of fruits or vegetables in every meal. I can try new recipes or snacks, like smoothies or veggie sticks with hummus, to make eating healthy fun and delicious.
- Another goal I will participate is physical activity, I will do it for at least 30 minutes each day. This could be playing sports, riding my bike, dancing, or going for a walk. I can also join a team or a club to stay motivated and have fun with friends.
- And finally I will aim to get at least 9 hours of sleep each night. I can set a regular bedtime and create a relaxing bedtime routine, like reading or listening to calm music, to help me fall asleep easier and feel more rested for school.
