what is up party people i present the following for my screen time shenanigans:
MY HEALTH (҂ `з´ )
- i can spend approximately 10 hours a week to focus on my health.

- i can take care of my health by eating healthy, balanced diet with lots of vegetables and fruit.
- i can get at least 8 hours of sleep on school nights.
- i can also make sure to maintain a healthy posture while sitting and standing by keeping my back straight.
MY EDUCATION (¬‿¬ )
- i can spend approximately 10 hours a week to focus on my education, meaning i do my homework for roughly 1.5 hours after school each day.
> examples
- i can take care of my education by completing my homework after school.
- i can use Quizlets/flash cards to revise when i have an upcoming test, and take notes on the key topics.
- i can complete extra worksheets for the subjects that i need practise on.
MY SOCIAL BONDSヽ(°〇°)ノ
- i can spend approximately 20 hours a week to focus on my social bonds.
> examples
- i can take care of my social bonds by gaming with friends.
- i can watch a movie/show with my parents.
- i can also try to study with my friends and go outside my comfort zone, even though i like to study alone as i find it easier to concentrate.

AT SCHOOL\(〇_o)/
- i can take out my earbuds when i enter the classroom.
- i can close my laptop when the teacher is speaking so i focus on what they say, and not what’s on my screen.
- i can put my phone away in my bag (where i can’t see it) when class starts, so i don’t get tempted to check it.
AT HOME ヾ(  ̄O ̄)ツ
- i can turn off all of my electronic devices before 11:00pm on school nights.
- i can put my phone on the charging dock before dinner, so i don’t use it.
- after around 1-2 hours of looking at a screen, i can take a break from it, grab something to eat, or do something else entirely.
