Family and Friends
Goal 1 : I would like to spend some of my free time on chores like washing dishes, cleaning my room, and washing and folding laundry so that my family can focus more on their work instead of housekeeping or taking care of my responsibilities.
Goal 2 : My goal is to always keep my promises by following through on what I say I’ll do, being dependable even when things are difficult, and sticking to my word in both small and big situations. I want to build strong trust and reliability with the people around me, especially my family and friends.
Goal 3 : I am aiming to have screen-free time on weekends, which I want to spend on activities like reading, writing essays, and taking courses related to my studies, with the goal of improving myself for the future so that I can become a PE teacher.
Education Goal 1 :My goal is to add 10 minutes of review for each subject every day. This will help me understand the material better and improve my grades, with the aim of getting over 85% in subjects like Math and Science and I can stay on top of my work, prepare for tests, and make sure I don’t forget important concepts—like, hint hint, wink wink, in Science, where the teacher might put some of those topics on the test. Goal 2 :I would like to create a schedule using a pie chart so that I can not only focus on being academically excellent but also improve my time management skills. By breaking my day into different sections, I can make sure I spend enough time studying, doing homework, and also have time for breaks, activities, and rest.Goal 3 :"I would like to take part in more activities to prepare for the next grade, such as attending summer school for subjects I struggle with, like Science, using Duolingo to improve my language skills, and exploring any online academies that can help me so that I could achieve a higher grade than this year’s goal of over 85%, setting myself up for even greater success. Health Goal 1 : I am aiming to practice basketball on specific days, especially focusing on shooting, for the sake of becoming a starter on the school basketball team as I work to increase my accuracy to 50%. Goal 2 : I would like to train at a gym once every two weeks because I’m interested in taking weight training as an optional course, which I believe will help me build strength, improve my endurance, and enhance my physical performance on the basketball court. Goal 3 : My goal is to sleep at 10 p.m. every day and wake up at 7:50 a.m., even on weekends, to get almost 10 hours of sleep. For my meals, I want to consume 2,200 to 2,500 kcal per day, about 34–52 grams of protein, and 7–8 cups of water daily, to support my growth and prevent lifestyle-related diseases
