Family& Friends–
- Goal 1: I would like to do housework for my family, because my mother is in my home country, so here is just my dad taking care of my sister and me. I would like to wash dishes after every breakfast and dinner, and clean my lunch box. I would like to do laundry in ends of the week, put clothes into the washing machine.
- Goal 2: I would like to knit for my family- my mother, father, and sister. I have a textiles class for a semester, so I can learn to knit, and I would like to knit scarves and caps for them. I will give to them their birthday, because I want to give them surprises to make them happy, and it can also save the money of buying those things. I will knit them everyday for an hour or half an hour, it depends on my time.
- Goal 3: I would like to make good friends, because I need friends to help me with my study, but I am also not determined, I will be affected by my friends, so I will stay away from those who says bad words or do bad things often. I will try to make friends first, and after a week or few weeks, I will know if they are worth making friends or not. If not, I will stay away from them.
Education–
- Goal 1: I will check Teams and Outlook everyday. There are going to be many important activities posted on Teams and Outlook. I don’t want to miss any of them, so I will check them everyday. It will be great if it can be my habit.
- Goal 2:I will finish assignments and hand- in them on time. Grade 9 is a important grade, it builds Grade 10 and help us adjust to high school. Assignment is a part of my total course mark, so I must hand- in on time.
- Goal 3: I would like to develop my English skill. I am new to Canada, and my mother language is not English. There are many new words in the classes, so I will review them after school. I am also in ELD now, I will do my best to have a good performance in class, then I can get out of this class, there will be also more chances for me to choose my favourite course.
Health–
- Goal 1: I will not eat snacks before every meal, especially dinner. Eating snacks is not good for my health, and also I will feel full after eating them. I always feel a little hungry after school, sometimes I will eat snacks, but after eating them when it is dinner time, I will just eat a little dinner. It is good to eat heathy meal instead of just eating snacks.
- Goal 2: I will continue swimming this year. Swimming is a part of my life, and it can also help me to stay healthy. I am already in the school aquatics team, if there is any competition, I will participate in it.
- Goal 3: I need to make sure that I have enough sleep everyday. Without it, my brain will not work very well. Sleeping is a process to let my whole body take a rest. I will start brushing my teeth and washing my face at 8:30 p.m., so that I can go to bed at 9 p.m.
