I think I’ve generally gotten better at being a leader. At first I was unsure and constantly doubting myself. But now, I actually take initiative within events and have gotten more confident with speaking to others and taking on the leadership role. Moving forward I’d like to be a point person for an event and contribute more ideas towards future events.
