This was my first time joining Leadership, and let me tell you it was not easy. Before i joined, i always thought it would go smoothly, but I was wrong miserably. But I take all of this stress and finals as a lesson. Being leader and taking control is a lot harder than it seems and I finally realize it. But it is still a good lesson for me to learn. Leadership really helped gain my confidence in taking charge. I started volunteering at my Martial Arts dojo to teach little students. At first it was scary, but luckily leadership really helped me learn more about taking charge and being responsible. Every events I has participated in, I will always do my job and know it is my responsibility if something goes wrong or I do something wrong.  I am definitely not the best student in leadership and I rarely hand in my work in time. But I always learn from my mistakes. I will take all of the mistakes I made in semester one and learn from them for the next semester. I will try to be more responsible in all of my schoolwork and leadership work. There were a lot of obstacles in the way, but I always think it as a game. Dodge the obstacles and get to the next level. While those obstacles are just test, quizzes, other class homework assignments and finals, next semester will have a lot more of those to come. When I take all the mistakes I made in semester 1, I can surely do better in semester 2. I just need to keep trying. While I may still be an annoying student, I definitely improved on my skills because of leadership. Hopefully by the end of semester 2, I can officially be a new person with great skills and a responsible student. In conclusion, I learned so much about taking step forward, being the leader, and learning more responsibility all in leadership. I am excited to learn more in the future and I am definitely excited to work on future events with friends and new friends. Now I know I am handing this in late and maybe feel a bit rushed, but it’s better than nothing. I promise, I’ll improve next time.
