For my third independent exploration I decided to try a deep fried food, the first one that came to mind was pampushka because it’s a quick and delicious treat, I had to split the work for 2 days because of the mashed potatoes required to make them. The mashed potatoes at first were too wet and didn’t  stick together well, but after putting in the fridge for the day it became soft and fluffy. I was then able to make the balls, mixing the mashed potatoes with grated potatoes, and stuffing them with chives and feta cheese, this process took a while because of how sticky the ingredients were but after putting on the breadcrumbs and egg it was easy to move around, which I could boil without having it fall apart.
