1. REFLECTION:
In this nearly half a year event, as a leader, the communication between me and my colleagues and the speed of completing tasks have been greatly tempered and improved. In the two Events I participated in, I completed the tasks I was responsible for in a relatively fast time, and the quality was guaranteed. In international events, my partner Sun Ho and I are in charge of two Italians. During this period, we perfectly completed all the game tasks, introduced a lot of information about Pinetree to them, and showed them the new appearance of Pinetree. And in the final awarding session, we completed the game as the second group, and we also won many prizes. Overall, Sun Ho and I ensured both speed and quality. In the second Events, the Talen show is one of the most important activities of the school in this semester. I am very motivated. Unfortunately, I did not get the project I wanted to be in charge of in the end, and got a project to drive the atmosphere and ensure order. Work. During the performance of the Talent show, the table I was at and the table behind, with the wonderful performances of the performers and my slight drive, successfully aroused their emotions and completely immersed in those exciting performances. In these two tasks, although my efficiency is very high and the completion is relatively good, but I also have many problems worthy of reflection. For example, in International Events, I should spend some more time introducing Pinetree to them, not just to get a good ranking. In general, more exchanges and discussions with Sun Ho should also be done before the game starts. In the Talent Show project, I should strive for a project that I like more, to show my enthusiasm and the spirit that I want to work hard as a Leadership member. This is my shortcoming, and I will definitely try my best and improve myself in the project in the next semester,
2. PARTICIPATION:
International Events: One of the members of the student activity team, whose duty is to guide the new international students to learn about the campus while completing the game tasks. In this project, our team won the second place in the game and let two students from Italy know more about the school.
Talent Show Events: Atmosphere order activity team, whose responsibility is to ensure the order of the scene when there is a problem, and to ensure the atmosphere of the scene when there is no problem. During this time, I cheered up the people in the row and two tables near me, although this is not entirely my credit, but also the wonderful performance of the performers.

6. COMPARISON:
International Events: Originally, my goal at the beginning was to let students explore the school by themselves. If there are problems that they can’t solve, I will come forward to solve them, so that they can devote themselves to the game. But later, in the actual operation, I changed my thinking. I think we should work hard to complete the game together, so that new students can experience the enthusiasm and seriousness of Pinetree students. In the end it was a very good result.
Talent Show Events: Originally, I wanted to adjust the atmosphere of the stage through lighting, but then my position disappeared because of the intervention of the music teacher. In the end, I had no choice but to blend into the crowd and infect the audience around me with my own emotions. Fortunately, I also completed the task perfectly in the end.
7. FINAL REPORT:
In the future, I will work hard for more difficult jobs, work hard for better quality of work, and work hard for a better self.
8. GRADE and WORK HABIT:
In conclusion, I think I can get 90 points. First of all, I did my best and completed my responsible work with quality assurance, but I also believe that I still have a lot of deficiencies and need to be improved, so I think 90 points is a score that suits me very well.
