Family & Friends

  1. I want to spend more time with my family and friends by planning regular hangouts or setting aside time at least once a week to connect with them, whether it’s through simple activities such as watching a movie together, going shopping, playing sports, or just having conversations. It’s really important to me to do so, because lately I’ve been so busy that I haven’t had enough quality time with them. I want to make sure I show them love so they know how much they mean to me, each and every one of them.
  2. I want to be able to share the important moments of my life with the people I care about and love, because I know they cherish those moments with me too. For instance, my volleyball games are really significant to me, so I make sure the people I love are there to support me. I want them to see me try my best on the court and cheer me on, because their encouragement cheers me up. Whether it’s a small accomplishment or a big milestone, I want to celebrate every special moment of my life with them, so we can create unforgettable memories together. Also, same with them I would want to be able to celebrate their accomplishment as well and be there for them.

  3. I want to visit new places I’ve never been before, and since I’m not the type to go alone, I’d love to explore with my family and friends. They always make everything more fun and help create lots of memories. To make this happen, I’ll plan trips to new places and make sure they’re able to join me as well, so then we could enjoy our adventure together.

Education

  1. I want to maintain a better balance between my schoolwork and other tasks. Currently I’ve been feeling really unorganized and off track, which has been causing me stress. To achieve this, I need to focus on staying on top of my assignments, completing them on time, and avoiding leaving things until the last minute. This way, everything will be more organized, and I’m more likely going to have free time.

  2. I want to read books more often to improve my grammar and writing skills, as this will help me in the future. Reading will help me discover different writing techniques, vocabularies, improve my understanding and add on to my knowledge. I enjoy reading books such as philosophy or history because they are interesting. To make this happen, I will set aside time to choose books that interest me and make reading a regular part of my daily routine, however I will try to increase the quality of my reading over time, as I’m still getting used to it.

  3. I want to improve my grades because doing well in school is very important to me. Good grades can lead me to many opportunities in the future, like getting into a great university and helping me work toward my dream career in law. Also it gives me a sense of accomplishment and I enjoy seeing the outcome of the effort I’ve put in. To achieve my goal, I need to stay organized and manage my time. I’ll keep up with my assignments, study regularly, and ask questions whenever I need help to, it really helps me understand better. By staying consistent and motivated, I believe I can achieve my goals and get higher grade.

Health

  1. I want to increase my physical activity, even though I already play volleyball five days a week. To become really good at volleyball, I know I need to push myself further and challenge myself. Volleyball is such an important part of my life, and I feel great every time when playing. I want to get better so I can perform my best on the court and make others and I proud of my progress. To reach this goal, I need to take my sport seriously and set daily workout routines. For example, I could focus on strength training, vertical jump exercises, or even going for runs. Throughout time, I will keep track of my routines and results to make sure I’m making progress.

  2. I’m looking forward to eating healthier because I know it’s good for my overall well being. When I eat healthy, I feel good and energized. To make this happen, I’ll start by making small changes to my meals, such as adding more veggies or fruits and drinking more water. (Although I do think I’m already pretty hydrated). I’ll also try to avoid eating junk food and keep track of my calories.

  3. In the past few days I’ve been sleeping really late, and I know it’s not good for my mental and physical health. I want to try to sleep at least 8 hours a day and go to bed before 9 because I’ve noticed that when I don’t get enough sleep, I feel tired, stressed, and even moody. Getting enough rest will help me stay energized throughout the day. To achieve this, I’m going to set a bedtime reminder that alerts me to go to bed, and probably another one to wake me up after eight hours of sleep. This way I could make sure I’m getting the amount of sleep I need.
