Health
- I can allocate 1h+ into health and wellbeing.
- For this goal, I can talk to my parents and ask how their day is going, It makes me smile internally and calms me down.
- Additionally, I might go on walks around my neighborhood and just get some fresh air.
Education
- I will allocate at least 3h into education from now on.
- To accomplish this goal, I will do my homework and study with my friends via online call and occasionally read news of what’s going on in the stock market
Social Bonds
- I will allocate 3h+ towards Social Bonds.
- This goal will be accomplished by playing some games with my friends and family. Never hurts to have some enjoyment with them.
- Talk to my family more during dinner, just some general things like how’s their day, what are the plans for the weekend and what not.
Stopping Rules
- School
- I can take out my AirPods once I enter class and put my phone in my bag and not my pocket.
- Home
- I will turn off my computer after 10:00pm and not use my phone when I eat dinner or lunch with my family.
